Hugh Mitchell - Western Fair Association 4-H Endowment Fund Scholarship

The Hugh Mitchell/Western Fair Association 4-H Endowment Fund Scholarship is designed for a deserving 4-H member or former 4-H member within Middlesex County between 17-21. The successful candidate would be exemplary in his/her demonstration of the attributes of the 4-H pledge: I PLEDGE: My HEAD to clearer thinking, my HEART to greater loyalty, my HANDS to larger service, my HEALTH to better living, for my club, my community, my country and my world.
