Few ever experience The Market like this. The Market After Dark invites guests inside after hours for an intimate opening night to the Taste Dinner Series, set high above the stalls on the second floor of this historic landmark.

The evening unfolds as a guided journey. Guests are welcomed at the entrance and led upward into a warmly lit space where rustic charm meets refined culinary craft to receive their welcome signature cocktail.

At the table, five thoughtfully composed courses celebrate Ontario’s agricultural roots, crafted with ingredients sourced from nearby farms and producers. Each dish is paired with hand-selected beers and wines curated to deepen flavour and spark conversation, hosted by a certified beer cicerone. Every bite and sip tells a story—of flavour, craftsmanship, and the people behind them.

This is more than a dinner. It’s a celebration of place, community, and connection. Live music hums softly between courses, and history comes alive through guided storytelling.
