  • Sell advance tickets and merchandise while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and maintaining promotional materials and equipment.
  • Work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays.

  • Height between 5'8" and 6'1" to safely and properly fit the Happy mascot costume (required).
  • Strong tolerance for heat and outdoor conditions while performing in a full mascot costume.
  • Excellent physical stamina and endurance, including the ability to wear a costume weighing approximately 15 lbs for extended periods.
  • Ability to stand, walk, navigate stairs, and move comfortably through large crowds.
  • Comfortable engaging with children, families, and large groups.
  • Strong improvisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively through movement and expression without speaking.
  • Previous experience in customer service, promotions, entertainment, theatre, performance, or other public-facing roles.
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and the ability to remain composed in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Ticket-selling or cash-handling experience is considered an asset.
