London, ON – March 24, 2026 – The future of farming will be on display at the inaugural Canadian AgRobotics & AI Summit on March 26, 2026, at The Grove, Western Fair District. As Canada’s largest agrobotics conference, the one-day event will bring together farmers, innovators, researchers, funders and industry leaders from across North America to explore the rapidly evolving role of robotics and artificial intelligence in agriculture.

Hosted in the heart of Ontario’s agri-food innovation corridor, the summit will spotlight the field-ready technologies designed to meet real-world challenges. The event will feature live technology demonstrations, expert panels and presentations from emerging Canadian agrobotics startups. With a focus on start-ups, mentorship and growth, The Summit aims to foster collaboration and accelerate innovation across the agri-food sector.

“Our vision is to create a collaborative environment where farmers, researchers, ag-tech entrepreneurs and stakeholders can come together to drive the future of agriculture, food robotics and automation,” said Reg Ash, CEO of the Western Fair Association. “This summit exemplifies the power of a progressive agricultural society working hand-in-hand with private entities to coordinate resources to advance modern farming.”

With Southwestern Ontario home to a growing concentration of ag-tech startups, research institutions and progressive farm operations, the Canadian AgRobotics & AI Summit positions London, Ontario, Canada as a national hub for agricultural innovation. The event is expected to draw attendees from across North America, bringing attention to the region’s leadership in agri-food technology.

“This summit reflects the momentum we’re seeing across the agrobotics ecosystem,” said Kris Dinel, VP of Strategy. “With the AgRobotics Working Group now exceeding 500 members, London is playing a leading role in connecting innovators with producers and helping Canadian agtech solutions move from concept to field.” The AgRobotics Working Group (ARWG) is a Canadian membership-driven association founded in 2021 and supported by the Western Fair Association. It’s dedicated to accelerating the adoption of agricultural robotics and AI in Ontario and serving as a single-point resource that connects developers with farmers for in-field testing and reduces barriers to adopting robotics.

Media are invited to attend the Canadian AgRobotics & AI Summit, with opportunities available for interviews with organizers, tech startups and industry experts 30 minutes prior to the event.
