3 Course Dinner

First course (choose 1)

Garden salad with fresh fruit, and vegetables, topped with toasted pine nuts and poppyseed vinaigrette 

Salmon cakes with spice aioli sauce 

Entrée (choose 1) 

Roasted Medallion rib eye steak finished with an herbed butter 

Rolled haddock stuffed with garlic and thyme topped with citrus champagne sauce 

Both entrées served with herbed butter and a sweet and spicy tropical fruit chutney 

Sides included Crispy roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables 

Vegetarian option - Mushroom Ravioli served in a cream sauce topped with parmesan cheese and pea shoots served with grilled panini bread 

Add shrimp to any entrée for an extra $6.00

Flourless chocolate torte with strawberry lime coolie 

Raspberry sorbet with berries
